LDiscovery Appoints Anthony DeJohn As Director Of Managed Review Services

04/30/2012

MCLEAN, Va., April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LDiscovery, LLC, an international leader in 'end-to-end' E-Discovery solutions, announces the appointment of Anthony DeJohn as Director of Managed Review Services.

Mr. DeJohn will oversee LDiscovery's Document Review Solutions, including Managed Review Services at our state of the art Review Center in McLean, VA, Offshore Review Services and Integrated Predictive Coding Services.

Commenting on Mr. DeJohn's appointment, LDiscovery's CEO, Chris Weiler said, "Anthony is an excellent addition to LDiscovery's Management Team.  His experience as a litigator, combined with a strong operational and technical background, will ensure that we continue to offer the highest quality service."

Admitted to practice in California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. DeJohn received his JD from DePaul University College of Law and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri.  Prior to joining LDiscovery, Mr. DeJohn was the Director of Operations and Vice President of Intellectual Property of an international legal process outsourcer, where he built a division specifically to handle complex E-Discovery and intellectual property services. Mr. DeJohn has successfully managed the review of millions of legal and technical documents for litigations involving patent infringement, antitrust second requests, failed banks and SEC investigations.

"I am truly excited that I can lead our review team within LDiscovery's data hosting environment," Mr. DeJohn commented. "The technology for 'five nines (.99999)' uptime has existed, but E-Discovery providers have all too rarely built the environment, tailored it to the unique needs of E-Discovery processing and hosting, and properly maintained it using personnel internal to the company. LDiscovery took on these challenges and built an environment that is recognized as the most robust Relativity deployment in the industry. Our military-grade Tier 1 Data Center exceeds NSA standards and provides our team with a fully redundant and secure review environment. The advanced design of our infrastructure allows us to easily integrate proven technologies into complex reviews to help strengthen defensibility and control costs."
